???? Factor de corrección para quienes no logran ascender
???? Mismas ponderaciones para mismo sistema de ascenso
???? Valoración del nivel 1111 en idiomas
???? Devaluación de destinos mientras se realiza curso de más de 90 días
???? Valorar a personal sin destino el empleo inmediatamente anterior
???? Valoración de 3ª categoría de idiomas (de 60 a 75 %)
???? Mantener diferencia actual AUGC VS resto de centros docentes
???? Revisar al alza destinos nacionales de ámbito SES/MINT
➡️ Se aceptan las siguientes propuestas:
???? Prescindir de la valoración 0,004 de personal sin destino por cese
???? Revisión de la matriz «formación VS capacitación» de Tcol y Cte
???? Revisión al alza destino en extranjero
???? 3 tablas de valoración de destinos. Revisión al alza de destinos de suboficiales, cabos y guardias (ampliación de horquillas)
???? La Administración no admite ninguna de las propuestas presentadas por JUCIL, cerrándose en banda a modificar la ponderación del IPECGUCI
Rechazamos la propuesta de la Administración por considerar insuficiente la bajada del 1 al 3% según los casos.
???? Entrada en vigor de Orden Ministerial en 2023, con nuevos umbrales para el ciclo 2023/2024 y nuevas ponderaciones para el ciclo 2024/2025
